*Inquiry requests will be responded to in the order in which they are received.  You will receive a response within 24 hours of your inquiry request submission.  Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.  We will not reserve or hold time slots.  This is a non-refundable offer.  If in the event you must cancel your visit you may apply 100% of monies paid to a different service offered by Windy City Wishes within a six month period.  Requested time slots are not guaranteed as time slots may fill quickly. 

If in the event of heavy inclement weather we will offer the following: A live video call with Elsa and Anna at the time of your original scheduled visit and an attendant will deliver your ornament(s) that morning tagged with Elsa and Anna's autograph, a full refund (*note, inclement weather cancellations on our end is the only exception to our refund policy), or 100% balance transfer to a different service offered by Once Upon A Time Parties, LLC within a six month period. If rain is expected but will be light we will move forward with scheduled visits.

Please note: As this pandemic has taken a massive toll on our small business, we are offering these visits at a discounted rate as a thank you to our clients for your continued support and belief in us this year. With the exception of currently scheduled parties, these visits will be our last available date until February 2021. We will be taking the rest of December off to spend quality time with our families, and we will be closed the entire month of January to take time to re-evaluate our business model. We opened our doors 3 years ago to make magic, and this year has been extremely hard on us in both pixie dust and finances. We are excited to restructure our company in a way to reach more little ones that need our magic the most, and can’t wait to open our doors again in February to share our Pixie Dust with you.
